Quint BV attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and wishes to treat it with the necessary respect. This privacy statement is therefore intended to inform those persons whose personal data is processed by Quint BV.

This statement describes how your personal data is collected and processed on this website and in the execution of assignments by Quint BV in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (effective 25/05/2018).

• Data subject = the client/customer or other person who fills in the contact form on the website or who surfs the website www.quint.biz.
• Data controller = Quint BV.
• Processor = all companies that Quint BV engages and that may come into contact with the personal data of the data subjects.

2. Processing of personal data

You can fill in a contact form on the website. We process the following data that we collect through this channel:

• Surname
• Company name
• Address details

• Telephone number

If you enter into an agreement with us, Quint BV may become aware of personal data relating to the client's customers, staff, suppliers and appointees (non-exhaustive list).

In the context of carrying out the assignments entrusted to Quint BV by its clients, it cannot be ruled out that Quint BV may become aware of sensitive personal data that may be processed by Quint BV:

• data relating to persons under the age of 16
• personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person, or data concerning health, or data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation.

3. Grounds

The following grounds are used to process your personal data:

• Processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research or statistical purposes

When you fill in the contact form, you give Quint BV your explicit consent by ticking the box at the bottom of the contact form. If you email Quint BV, you also give it consent to process the data.

If you entrust assignments to Quint BV, you give permission for all personal data that it comes into contact with during the performance of its assignments to be accessed. This permission must be given explicitly. If you do not give Quint BV this permission, it will be able to access the personal data on the basis of the performance of the agreement or its legitimate interest.

For the processing of sensitive data in the context of performing its services, Quint BV requires your explicit consent or you, as the client, guarantee that you have the consent of the data subject and that he or she can communicate this consent to the client in writing or on another medium.

Our website does not intend to collect sensitive data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.

4. Purposes

Quint BV processes the data for which you have given your consent in order to carry out its activities:

Personal data originating from the client will only be passed on to processors for the purposes listed in point 4. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Quint BV attaches the utmost importance to your personal data. If it engages processors who may also come into contact with your personal data, it will ensure that the processors do not use the personal data for purposes other than those listed in point 4. It will make agreements with these parties about how they should treat the personal data and what level of protection they must apply. 6. Storage

Quint BV will store your data for an unlimited period of time if it concerns personal data that it acquires via the website www.quint.biz or via email, and for the duration of the agreement if it concerns personal data that it processes in the context of its assignments. Quint BV strives to inform you as well as possible about its services.

Quint BV will offer the greatest guarantee to comply with your rights as described in point 8. The data subject will be asked at regular intervals to confirm the accuracy of the data.

7. Level of protection

Quint BV guarantees an appropriate level of protection at an organisational and technical level. We do this by securing your data appropriately and also requiring this level of security from our processors. Security is ensured at a minimum by using a password to protect sensitive data.

8. Rights of the data subject

The purpose of this privacy statement is to adequately inform you about your rights. You always have the right to object to the processing of your data. If you wish to view, correct, transfer or restrict the processing of your data, this is of course also possible. Under certain conditions, your data may be deleted. Your request to this effect should be addressed to info@quint.biz.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the ID), the ID card/passport number and the National Registration Number. This is to protect your privacy.
